After a few days of no exercise, visiting family in Ft Worth and having been stranded in Waco. I finally hit the gym this morning at 5:15am with upper body and swimming.
Also trying sugar peas my brother Cesar introduced me to over the weekend. That, along with blueberries, grapes, cranberries, peanuts, cashews and pumpkin seeds make for a great snack throughout the day! I'm also juicing for breakfast and lunch. Our family goal is 80% plant based food consumption and at least 3 workouts a week to keep us healthy.
