After a few days of no exercise, visiting family in Ft Worth and having been stranded in Waco. I finally hit the gym this morning at 5:15am with upper body and swimming.

Also trying sugar peas my brother Cesar introduced me to over the weekend. That, along with blueberries, grapes, cranberries, peanuts, cashews and pumpkin seeds make for a great snack throughout the day! I'm also juicing for breakfast and lunch. Our family goal is 80% plant based food consumption and at least 3 workouts a week to keep us healthy.

Juice up everyone! This juice isn't as good as the ones we sell at SA Perks LLC but it gets the job done and you can do this as well. I put a little bit of orange juice (not concentrate), beet juice, spinach and spring mix, carrots, a banana, an apple and a little bit of water. This is my breakfast and later lunch with lots of vitamins and nutrition rolled into one. Our goal is to make you healthy wether you buy from us or not.
